Roles and Responsibilities
· To participate in improvement initiatives within the Department.
· To meet and exceed customer expectations through the development and promotion of key principles that support customer satisfaction.
· To deal appropriately with complaints when necessary.
· To asses risk, report incidents and participate in Risk Management processes.
· To ensure efficient and effective communication with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare teams.

· To follow system-based practices, through the understanding of the contexts and systems in which healthcare is provided.
Education Requirements
· MBBS or MBChB or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution or as defined by DOH QPR.
· Certificate of Completion of specialty training recognized by DOH or as defined by DOH QPR.
Licenses, Registrations & Certifications Requirements
