Qualifications and Education:

BSC in accounting or Commerce.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting

Knowledge: MS office, accounting systems, very good English

1. Review and book all company expense through supplier invoices, petty cash, accruals, or prepayments to ensure that all period expenses were booked for proper monthly closing.
2. Maintain control sheets for accruals and prepayments to book all monthly additions and amortization to help proper monthly closing
3. 3. To check all service providers’ invoices ensure the correctness of the invoices and calculation, then book them accordingly for monthly closing purposes and payment arrangement
4. To reconcile all transporters, and insurance company accounts on monthly basis, to show the differences and solve any discrepancy.
5. Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing by preparing any report required by management and external auditors to help in the interim and end-year audits.
6. Participate in periodic stock counting to check the correctness of the physical stock against the system and help to find the differences in order to get the final and correct figures
