Maintenance Plumber Key Responsibilities:
- Must be familiar with and able to understand the repair and installation of plumbing equipment.
- Prepare and maintain records of work or assignments for collecting payments.
- Install water piping systems, underground storm drains, and sanitary systems.
- Install pressure tanks, pumps, and pressure kits.
- Repair fixture leaks and test pipe systems.
- Repair toilets, sinks, and tubs.
