Product Manager – Ecommerce

Omnichannel tech stack integration experience
Business analysis & meticulous documentation
Partner management and strategic partner development
Create a product roadmap of internal and external technology products with alignment with all stakeholders in the organization
Deep knowledge of ecosystem and understanding of key operators and their product capabilities
Manage & Deliver a portfolio of technology projects
Understand the importance of both offline and online channels as key drivers of growth and performance
Assess the incumbent technology components and suggest changes to the current ecosystem
Strong project, product management skills
Will be responsible for working directly with other leaders in the organization such as the Head of Marketing / Ecommerce / Operations / Category Management to build alignment and develop collaboration frameworks to deliver new processes and experiences along with the technology components
Have hands-on experience in the following technology domains:
Ecommerce platforms – Magento / Shopify / SAP Hybris etc.
Search engines for ecommerce
Recommendation tools
Marketing & advertising automation clouds
CRM systems – Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
Payment technologies – Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, roving checkout in-store
Instore Digital Experience
Instore POS

Minimum 10+ years related Ecommerce Experience
Bachelor’s Engineering, Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the e-commerce industry.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and processes.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
