Responsibilities of a Waiter & Waitress
Undoubtedly, a waiter works for caterers, bars, restaurants, and hotels, where their primary responsibilities include greeting customers, inviting them to be seated, providing menus, taking orders, serving food, and ensuring that everything goes smoothly until they request the bill. Once customers leave, the waiter must clean the table accordingly. As a waiter, your key responsibility is to make customers happy by providing them with excellent service and a pleasant demeanor. Inform them about today’s special dishes so they will be eager to return repeatedly.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant will be highly considered.
